Regarding Monday 21st December 2009.
“The Licensing and Installation were postponed because of the weather conditions. Bishop David only made it home to Walthamstow after 9.00pm.
Many thanks to those who battled through and made it to the church only to be turned
away -
A phone around reached many and they were forewarned -
A big thank you goes to those who made preparations of food, extra practises and other preparations.”
David was licensed on the 23rd December at a private service with the Bishop, so to meet legal requirements.
The installation service with the Bishop and Archdeacon has been rescheduled for Thursday 14th January. We hope to see you there!
